1How much will it cost to ship my vehicle?
Numerous factors go into the price of shipping a vehicle, such as the vehicle's size, location, difficulty and season.

2How fast can you pick up my car?
As soon as you book your shipment with us, we immediately begin the process of matching your order with one of our trusted shipping partners. Most orders are assigned to a truck within 1-7 days. The actual transit time depends on the distance of the shipment. You will receive your estimated pick up and delivery dates as soon as your vehicle has been assigned to a truck and your driver will call you within 24 hours of pick up and delivery to give you detailed time information.

Need your vehicle picked up as soon as possible? We do offer expedited and same-day pick up services at an additional fee. Please call us for more information.
3Are you a licensed company?
JTH Shipping & Logistics LLC is a fully licensed and bonded auto transport broker. Additionally, we verify the insurance coverage and licensure of each of our trusted carriers prior to assigning your vehicle to their truck. We treat your vehicle just as if it were our own, only the best will be allowed to transport it.
4How far in advance should I schedule my transport?
We ask that you try to book your shipment at least 10 days prior to your requested pick-up date. By placing your order in advance, we have a greater chance of picking up your vehicle on or as close as possible to your requested date. Typically, your vehicle will be picked up between 5 and 10 days of the first date it is available for pick up. If, however, your vehicle is available immediately, we will attempt to work with you on your preferred dates. Pick up dates and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You will receive your estimated pick up and delivery dates via email as soon as your vehicle has been assigned to a truck.
5What is the difference between an open and an enclosed carrier?
Generally, an Open Carrier is similar to those you see transporting cars to and from dealerships. These carriers range in size and capacity. Vehicles that are moved via an open carrier are exposed to inclement weather and road conditions. Enclosed Carriers also range in size and capacity. Since these carriers are covered, the vehicles in transit are not subjected to inclement weather or road conditions. Enclosed carriers are recommended for custom, high-value or restored vehicles.
